I'm not able to download any of the live shows. It seems the links are dead. Thanks.

I still can't download any of these live shows. I'm using the newest version of internet explorer on a PC. Can you guys fix this or tell me what I need to do to be able to download these shows? Thanks.

I have the same issue as MLHEINTZ using Google Chrome and Firefox.

I can't seem to download any of the live performances from the Archive. I am signed-in, but it keeps looping between the sign-in page and the archives page without actually letting me download anything. Please assist.

I am using a Mac with Safari as the browser. I also have the same problem on my PC with IE6.
