It is 2pm in the afternoon. We're driving up I-35 headed to Illinois. I'm sitting in the back of the van. Fighting the road bumps trying to type. Either Oklahoma needs to clean up it's act or I need to find a seat that isn't directly over the rear axle...:) The band is performing four songs in studio tomorrow for daytrotter.com. ; It's quite the haul to Illinois from Dallas so we've left a day early. Take my advice and be on time to your freakin gigs!
Move forward - An adopted phrase of Mo's. You have to get back up when you fall if you want progress. Some people refuse to move at all, because they're afraid to fall.

So daytrotter.com is a filmed performance that should be available online in a few weeks. We'll post a link when it is. Saturday we join Grace Potter in Davenport Iowa. Grace is a talented artist. Have a listen if you're interested. Then we'll be flying back to Dallas on Sunday. Playing a pre-party for a 97.1 show Sunday afternoon. Hopefully it won't be as hot outside as it was a month ago for the Dallas Observer show. No one likes to hang out in an oven no matter how Cool the bands are.
Weekend trips are nice. I appreciate being home now more than ever. Being on the road for three years straight will do that to a man. I no longer take home cooked meals or my posturepedic mattress for granted.
I'll throw up a video tomorrow. I'm not sure what it'll be yet. We also have a new batch of live shows coming your way via this website. Thanks for checkin in my friends.
